Returns - In the event that you wish to return an item, you must call or email the store. We require that you pay for the return shipping to the store. In the event of an exchange, the cost of shipping to you is also your responsibility. No returns after 60 days. All packaging and tags must be intact. No returns on soiled merchandise.
Out-of-Stock - If an ordered item is not in stock, you will receive an email stating so. At that point, you will have the option to:

Cancel your order
or
B) Proceed with the order, and have it shipped when it becomes available.
Shipping - Orders placed on or after Friday @ 11:00 AM CST will be shipped out the following Monday.

- In-Store Pick-up - Most economical if you live in the Rice Lake, WI area, or if you plan to be in the area any time after your purchase is made. Stop in during our regular business hours with your purchase reciept and pick up your order at no additional cost.
